Interested in youth social action?
#iwill is a UK-wide movement helping more young people make a difference in their communities through social action. This includes activities like campaigning, fundraising, volunteering, befriending or mentoring. When young people take part in social action, everyone benefits. Young people benefit because they build their skills, confidence and wellbeing. Communities do too, because they are healthier, more cohesive and more integrated.
The #iwill movement is a collaboration of over 1000 organisations and 700 young #iwill Ambassadors & Champions from across the UK. They are united by a shared belief that all children and young people should be supported and empowered to make a positive difference on the issues that affect their lives, their communities, and broader society.
The #iwill movement is building a society that understands and champions the power of youth, where all young people are equipped and enabled to shape and lead change in their own lives and communities.
How Does It Work?
The four investment drivers that underpin the #iwill Fund are:
CREATING HIGH QUALITY OPPORTUNITIES
ENGAGING THE YOUNGER AGE GROUP
REACHING YOUNG PEOPLE
COST EFFECTIVE SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS
