Youth Highland
Our Vision
A Highland where every young person can reach their full potential and play an active role in their community.
Our Mission
Youth Highland champions youth work and the achievements of young people. We help to identify the needs of young people and support them to bring about positive change in their lives.
Our Values
- COLLABORATION
We develop strong working partnerships with other organisations and projects working to improve opportunities for young people. - EMPOWERMENT
We provide young people, volunteers and youth workers with opportunities to gain new skills and make positive things happen within their own lives, clubs, organisations and wider communities. - INCLUSION
We work to ensure the rights of all young people, regardless of background, race, gender, age, disability, religion or sexual orientation. We will enable maximum participation to ensure the contributions of marginalized groups are met by allowing the voices of all young people to be heard. - INNOVATION
We are creative, forward thinking and flexible in our approach to providing opportunities to young people and volunteers and youth workers. - QUALITY
We seek to ensure that the service we offer to our members is of a high standard and offer support, information, training, resources and networking opportunities to enable them to deliver high quality youth work in their communities.
We will collaborate to deliver high quality, innovative work that includes all young people and empowers them to reach their potential.
