Weighed down by Debt?
If you are feeling weighed down by debt in Scotland, then we can help. You may think your situation is impossible, but there is hope. Our friendly team will give you a listening ear in the privacy of your own home and provide a real solution to your debts.
Since we started helping people out of debt in 1996, we’ve helped thousands in situations like yours across Scotland through our professional service offered by 301 CAP Debt Centres.
We are an award-winning debt counselling charity that can offer you a way out of your debt situation completely free of charge.
We will visit you at home, work out a budget and talk to your creditors on your behalf. If your debts are serious we can also help you to apply for Sequestration (including under the Minimal Asset Process), put forward a proposal to the Debt Arrangement Scheme on your behalf, or refer you for a Trust Deed.
