There are many people who live with mental health or cognitive problems. They find it a struggle to cope with day to day life. When a crisis occurs, they may not know where to turn for help. They might find it hard to ask for help. As part of the Welfare Rights Service, Mind-Full aims to help people within Ross & Cromarty who are in this situation.
