Pentland Housing provides affordable housing solutions across Caithness, including: affordable rented housing, housing waiting list, paying rent, reporting repairs, building new houses for rent, managing houses for others, low cost home ownership, shared ownership, rural home ownership grant.

The Caithness Handyperson Service can provide practical help with small tasks around the home that may be difficult for you if you are old, or have a disability. If they cannot help you, they will give helpful advice on using tradesmen, or refer you to the Care and Repair scheme.
