RBS Dream Bigger Workshops

Dream Bigger is a fully funded programme focused on developing transferrable entrepreneurial skills.  These live and digital sessions are aimed at 16 to 18-year-olds, primarily girls and young women, but inclusive of all young people.

Our aim is to drive confidence in preparation for the future world of work and impact the percentage of women who intend to start a business. As an organisation, the Royal Bank champions potential and helps people, families and businesses to thrive - and as the UK's biggest bank for business - we understand the skills required for the future world of work. Our series of digital sessions are designed to support a range of abilities and learning styles, all taught by our expert delivery team who have a wealth of experience working with entrepreneurs. Each session is supported through a variety of learning materials and follow up support for both teachers and students.

The three virtual workshops held each week cover the fundamentals of what it means to be an entrepreneur, including a focus on developing an entrepreneurial mindset, and defining entrepreneurial purpose.  The workshops shops are offered for a number of weeks.
