Business Administration Apprentice

The post holder will provide business support to all Council Services across a range of business support processes which may include:

Processing financial transactions; Scheduling, including organising meetings; Service specific business support processes; Provision of administrative and typing support; 

Accurate input and maintenance of computer data;  Processing incoming and outgoing mail; Undertake reception and telephone duties; Undertake general filing duties;

 undertake photocopying and collating of documents, ensuring proper circulation as required; To assist in developing systems and procedures.

Comply with the relevant Council policies and regulations, including personnel, financial regulations and information management ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Comply with the Service’s Health & Safety at Work procedures
Working towards achievement SVQ in Business & Administration Level 3 through a planned training programme.

This 2yr fixed-term role, based in the Ross-shire area, has a salary of grade HC02 - £16,507
