Apprentice Accounts Assistant, RI Cruden Ltd - Virtual Learning Academy

THE ROLE

RI Cruden Ltd are experts in Renewable Energy and are looking to
recruit an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily
management of the company’s financial processes, demanding
initiative, accuracy, and a passion to deliver customer service.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a finance role or have
relevant experience. Full or part-time roles will be considered based on
circumstance and experience, with scope to work remotely after an
initial induction phase.

2-year work based training will be provided, to undertake AAT
Foundation Certificate in Accounting through the Virtual Learning
Academy (potential to progress onto further training).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
To succeed you’ll need to:
• Manage the daily control of the company’s accounting systems
• Perform cash flow analysis and reporting
• Perform reconciliation of accounts when required
• Communicate directly with clients to advise with invoicing queries
• Perform general administrative duties where required
• Be highly motivated with initiative, organisational skills and ability
to prioritise workload
