AAI EmployAbility - Opportunities
AAI EmployAbility (previously known as Adopt an Intern) is an award-winning not-for-profit company with social mobility and inclusion at its core. We've been fighting the culture of unpaid internships since 2010 and have supported 1600+ people into work. As a social enterprise, we look to positively distrupt recruitment, prioritising diversity, transparency and equality of opportunity.
The process is simple!
Browse our fantastic inclusive opportunities, identify the ones you like and meet the requirements for, then apply with your CV and a cover letter tailored for each role.
What's our criteria?
There is no criteria, no age limit, and with many of our roles, no desired degree discipline. If you can prove in your covering letter that you have the aptitude and the attitude, we'll consider you. Whatever your background, we'd love to help you step up into the position you want. We want to see motivated candidates ready to throw themselves into a new challenge. The rest is down to you.
