Lead Scotland, is a voluntary organisation set up to empower disabled young people and adults and carers across Scotland to access learning opportunities.
The Highland Employability and the Digital Progression Project enables adults over 16, resident in Highland, who identify as disabled, experiencing exclusion or a carer, to learn. We can support learners one to one, often in their own homes. We also offer support to small groups at local accessible community venues. Our services are person centred and confidential.
Our work is focused on supporting people to improve the skills they need to reduce exclusion so that they will be able to actively move to the next stage in their journey to gaining employment or undertaking further learning including college/university courses.
