
What do we offer at Stage 4?
At Stage 4 we offer the Information Communication Technology Employability Programme as part of the Skills Development Scotland employability fund provision. You will undertake a customised training opportunity linked to Cap Gemini recruitment needs, which focuses on up-skilling you on hardware and software systems, enhancing soft skills such as CV building and job interview techniques.
Cap Gemini will facilitate work placement opportunities working in a Technical Support role with progression routes to full time employment and potentially Modern Apprenticeships.
Who can apply?
This programme is suitable for anyone who is aged 18+ and is not in education, training or employment, but is ready to work. You will need to be within daily travelling distance of Inverness.

Can I get a training allowance?
If you are registered with the Job Centre you could receive a training allowance equal to your DWP benefit allowance. Other allowances may be available, please discuss with your referrer or with the College.
