Stage 5

In Work Support

At Stage 5 you will be employed or will have just been offered employment. You may require some initial help to sustain your employment and to consider how you progress. This could include support from a work-place mentor. You could have been in work some time and would like to consider other options.

Who is it for?

Stage 5 is for you if you are in work or about to start a new job, but may need some help to sustain this.

What are the outcomes?

You mentor will help you to sustain employment and consider your progression routes.  You gain further workplace qualifications such as Modern Apprenticship qualifications.

What skills do you need to build?
