Candidates must be of a positive and friendly disposition with a pro-active approach to their job. You must be able to deal with suppliers and debtors, and also patients and adult social care clients, as well as a wide range of staff who work in many different functions and locations throughout NHS Highland. Excellent communication skills and a helpful and supportive approach are essential to be successful in these positions, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately and as part of a team. The postholder will require good academic skills and will need to learn quickly.
The postholder will gain good experience of working in a busy accounting office and get a good grounding in office procedures.
