Data Administrator - Equiom

Job purpose and overall objective

To be responsible for accurately processing files to strict deadlines and liaising with numerous internal and external customers. The department performs a variety of functions for clients and offers a varied and enjoyable workload making extensive use of the latest technology.

Main or key responsibilities
Processing client files as required through BACSActive and a range of payment solutions
Ensuring the timely receipt and processing of all data in accordance with set deadlines
Sending and monitoring all data in line with departmental procedures
Handling data in accordance with software profiles
Verifying data
Managing of customer databases and associated administration
Housekeeping and procedural documentation
Providing support to clients via phone and email
Scanning and filing information and general administrative duties
Assisting with processing urgent customer requests

Essential experience and qualifications
Educated to minimum of Higher Grade
Excellent IT skills

Desirable experience and qualifications
Prior experience of handling and processing sensitive data

Good time management
Diligent, with attention to detail
