CRC Evans Offshore, part of Stanley Oil & Gas, is a welding services management contractor. We are proud to be a leading competitor in the offshore and onshore sectors of the Oil and Gas industry. We are constantly looking to develop and improve our services and need a driven, pro-active individual with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills to join our Proposals team based at our Alness office to assist us in delivering high quality, accurate and competitive tenders for prospective projects.

Due to a revised business strategy, CRC Evans Offshore has been successful in securing a larger number of projects through 2018 and needs additional resourcing to support this business growth. We are looking for a Proposals Assistant on a short term basis over the summer to assist the Business Acquisition department in handling the volume of tender enquiries coming into the business from a global client base. This new role will alleviate current administrative workload from our Proposals Engineers and offer a consistent, professional and comprehensive structure to tenders. Maintaining the highest quality of tender submissions with accuracy of costings and inclusion of appropriate risk mitigation strategies are key to our success. In order to achieve this, the Proposals Assistant will work effectively with the Proposals Engineers to ensure the final submission is completed with these elements fully considered, presented succinctly and accurately.


We are looking fpr someone to deliver our highest standard service to some of the most dominant clients in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience of a highly demanding, ever changing environment. You should be able to cope under pressure, manage a busy workload and have the ability to prioritise effectively in order to manage your workload independently. In return, you will gain first hand work experience withn a commercial environment and gain an invaluable insight into a leading company within the oil and gas industry, which operates effectively across the globe in challenging environments, with challenging clients. You should be comfortable working with figures and have an interest in expanding your technical knowledge to ensure you deliver and perform to the required standard.

This full time position is initally being offered on a short term basis as a summer placement. We, therefore, need the post-holder to be able to demonstrate expertise within a business, administration or financially based discipline.
