SOAR (Socialisation, Opportunities, Activities, Recreation)

SOAR provide out of school clubs for children and young people aged 5-19 years, in Ross-shire and Caithness, who have a range of disabilities.

We run holiday clubs during the Easter, Summer and October holidays in Dingwall, Invergordon and Watten, Caithness.  We also run an after school club on Monday and Tuesday in Dingwall and in Tain on a Wednesday.

The YOFI Group encourages independence and opportunities for young people with disabilities from 14-24 years, and runs on a Saturday in Invergordon.

We currently provide a school holiday club for young people aged 5-18 years from Easter Ross, Black Isle and Sutherland during 11 weeks of the year based in Dingwall from 9.30am to 3.30pm.  A volunteer run youth group for 14-24 year old young people is held during term time in Alness on Thursday evenings (6.30-8.30pm) with transport from central points.
